REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At Pearl & Bertie, we hope you love every piece you purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
Customers have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
· Unworn
· Unwashed
· In their original condition
· Returned with all tags attached
· Returned in the original packaging where possible

· Your order number
· Full name
· Details of the item(s) you wish to return
Return Postage
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless faulty, we cannot accept returns on:
· Gift cards
· Earrings and selected jewellery items for hygiene reasons
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you that your refund has been approved.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.
Original delivery charges will only be refunded where required by applicable law.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and may offer a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
