2. Products

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and pricing are accurate.

Due to differences in screen settings, colours may vary slightly from those shown online.

All products are subject to availability.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (€).

Prices include VAT where applicable.

Shipping charges are calculated separately and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time; however, this will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Orders

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming receipt.

Acceptance of your order occurs when we dispatch the goods.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock errors, pricing errors, payment issues or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Payment

We accept payment by major debit and credit cards through our secure payment providers.

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

6. Delivery

We ship worldwide excluding the United States.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination and shipping provider.

Pearl & Bertie cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, postal services or circumstances beyond our control.

Ownership and responsibility for goods pass to the customer upon delivery.

7. Customs & Import Charges

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes and import charges.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included within our prices unless otherwise stated.

8. Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

·       Unworn

·       Unwashed

·       In original condition

·       Returned with all tags attached

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

9. Non-Returnable Items

Unless faulty, the following items cannot be returned:

·       Gift cards

·       Earrings and selected jewellery items for hygiene reasons

This does not affect your statutory rights.

10. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once returned goods have been received and inspected.

Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.

11. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, branding, logos, graphics and text, remains the property of Pearl & Bertie unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.

13. Liability

Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pearl & Bertie shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products purchased.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.

Consumers retain any mandatory rights available under the laws of their country of residence.
